King Yin Lei (50 images)
In September 2007, King Yin Lei was being demolished for redevelopment when, following a public outcry, the HKSAR Government stepped-in to save the property. In early 2008, agreement on a land-swap was reached with the owner and planning for restoring the building commenced. The restoration was a major project and was completed towards the end of 2010.
King Yin Lei is located at 45 Stubbs Road and officially became a Declared Monument (No. 85) in July 2008.
